Ordering:

• Making a purchase could not be easier.  Just browse our website catalogue using the navigation buttons on the left.

• When you have found something you like click on the down arrow to look at the options available and then click on add.

• You can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the View Cart button

• After you have finished selecting your products, click on the Check Out button which will take you to our secure server where you will be asked for a few details so that we may complete your order.

• If you want your order delivered to another address or sent as a gift to a friend or relative please do not forget to  fill in the delivery address section.

Shipping & Handling

• All orders to the UK are shipped by Royal Mail Next Day guaranteed delivery.  All parcels are fully insured so that any losses may be replaced with the minimum of fuss an at no inconvenience to the customer.

• International charges will be charged to all orders outside of the UK at the applicable rate on day of dispatch.

• Multiple orders: Each address will be treated as a single order and subject to individual  delivery charges.

• We normally dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

Availability

• We aim to hold all items in stock at all times.  However there may be delays if certain products become unexpectedly popular.  If we are unable to dispatch your order in full within 48 hours we will contact you to advise of dispatch or offering alternative shades and/or sizes.

VAT & Sales tax

• All prices on this website EXCLUDE tax, shipping and handling.  VAT and shipping are applied to the final invoice depending on the following factors.

• All orders invoiced for the United Kingdom will have VAT at the current rate of 17.5% added to them.

• All non-United Kingdom invoiced orders will be 0% for tax purposes.

Returns

• If you are not happy with any part of your order, return it complete with a covering letter, so that we receive it with in 5 days from the date you took delivery and you will be refunded.

• Please ensure that returned goods are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.

• You must pay for the cost of returning the goods.  When returning goods the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We therefore recommend that you send it special delivery via your Post Office as this offers proof of delivery.
